He formerly served as Chief Member of the Presidential Medical Expert Group, Founder and Dean of the San Diego Preventive Medicine Clinic, former President of the American Medical Group of Experts, and past Senior Vice President and Medical Director, Stemedica Cell Technologies, Inc.
