Dr. Kwok graduated from the Department of Biology at Northeastern University and received his Ph.D. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is Dean of the Institute of Central Nervous Regeneration of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and Professor at Jinan University and University of Hong Kong. He won the National Natural Science Award in 1995, was appointed as Inventor by the National Institute of Inventors, has published more than 390 articles and has over 26 patents, and was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
